Welcome to Pub Quiz Pal. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Pub Quiz Pal mobile application ("App") operated by Pub Quiz Pal Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"). We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

 

In no event shall Pub Quiz Pal Ltd, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

 

7. Governing Law

 

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

 

8. Changes to Terms

 

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least [30 days’] notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pub Quiz Pal Ltd, its licensors, and its licensees, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from your use of and access to the App, or from any breach of these Terms.

 

14. Severability

 

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our App, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the App.
